The Oriental Dance

Dancing The oriental dance, better known as belly dance has a long tradition and is originally an expression of folk feeling. It is a fascinating and very feminine dance. The oriental dance is a from of movement where you learn to control the different parts of your body separately, to come to a harmonious dance. The centre of this dance form are the hips and basin part of the body. It is a free expression dance, where everybody can express his own personality and character. In the lessons your attention will be drawn to technique, musical interpretation, expression and pleasure in the dance. There will be danced in different styles: Egyptian, Lebanese and Turkish. Any individual, regardless age or body shape can follow the lessons.
