Becoming familiar with horses and staying in Avanos for the night.
2 Day:
Ride through the valley of Dereyamanlı, visit the church
there. To the Kızılırmak (Red River) side for a picnic and from there to the
tumulus, the Çeç to see the sunset. After dinner, overnight can be at the
foot of the Çeç, or people can be brought back by car to the hotel.
3 Day:
Moving from the Çeç to Sulusaray. Picnic near this little
village. Continuing to Nar village, visit and overnight in pension or hotel.
4 Day:
Moving from Nar to the valley of Uçhisar. Picnic in this valley.
After picnic visit the valley, overnight in pension or hotel.
5 Day:
Leaving Uçhisar to Babayan, meal in Ortahisar, after that
by car to Sinasos to visit the old greek houses there. Overnight in Ortahisar.
6 Day:
Picnic in valley between Ortahisar and Güllüdere (Rosevalley). Visit of the
open air museum in Göreme. After that ride through Güllüdere and Kızılçukur Valley.
Overnight in Çavuşin in a pension.
7 Day:
Tour around Çavuşin Village and Church. Riding via Paşabağ to through
Zelve (open air museum), Aktepe village, Sarıhan Caravanseray and Sarıhıdır
village. Here lunch in the village cafe. After lunch, going by minibus to see the underground
city of Özkonak. Back to Sarıhıdır and going back to Avanos from Sarıhıdır.
Staying for the night in Avanos again.
8 Day:
Visit the pottery handicrafts in Avanos and departure.
