Weaving
Staying in a traditional old house you will be initiated in the different weaving techniques of Anatolian Carpets (Kilim, knotted rugs and Cicim). Wool dying is done with plants. Gathering herbs for the colors for amateurs.Pottery
You will learn the ancestral technique of Avanos pottery making, which, still nowadays, is used by the about 300 potters of the village. Learning to decorate in the traditional way or in your own way. The clay, which you will mould by hand or on your wheel comes from the surrounding area.
